ADL Committee Minutes Jan 2018

Minutes of the meeting of Aylesbury and District Football League Committee held 

7.30 on Wednesday 3 January 2018AtAylesbury Tennis Club

The Minutes: of the meeting of 6 December 2017were agreed 


Matters Arising: 

Berks and Bucks have not yet started to send the secretary copies of their correspondence to clubs, as agreed at the meeting we had with them. 



Quainton have appealed against a fine that was imposed on them. 

Aylesbury Dynamos reserves have appealed their fine for a late kick off. 

Both teams will be asked to appear at the next meeting. 

St Johns have queried their fine, but they were out of time for appealing.  

Simon Wears has contacted us re: funds for new 11 a side football teams, a meeting is to be arranged.

It was agreed that a donation should be made to the Florence Nightingale Hospice of £100 in memory of Rex Heley, the late league President. 


Registration Secretary’s Report 

10th December 

Ayletico played an ineligible player signed on the day but not de-registered from higher league. Game awarded to BedgroveUtd 1st.  Fined £25 rule 8B 


Sam Kehoe transferred from FC Bierton to Ludgershall FC  


16th December 

Late team sheets from Elmhurst, Quainton Res and St Johns. Each club fined £10 rule11A 

Fixtures Secretary’s Report

Referees Secretary’s Report 

A lot of games have been called off because of the weather.  Teams are reminded that a committee member or referee must be called to verify that the pitch is not playable, except where a Council representative has already called it off, and to also try and play at the ground of the opposition if so.
