----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before the meeting commenced Ayletico were asked to come along to explain why they had played a match when under suspension.  Harry & Dom attended.  They explained that there was an outstanding fine for a yellow card which due to an oversight had not been paid.  Because of this they were placed under suspension, again not picked up by them, and they therefore played a game while suspended.  The suspension was picked up by Marcie when she was looking on WGS and the club was informed.  They contacted Berks and Bucks and admitted the error, and thus incurred a fine.

Following the meeting Steve McDonald and Nigel Swain attended to represent Aylesbury FC.  It is proposed to hold an end of season game between Aylesbury FC and a representative team from ADFL.  This will be on Sunday May 5th, Bank holiday at 2.00 p.m. at Aylesbury FC ground.

The funds raised will be given 50% to Aylesbury FC Kids in the Community and 50% to an ADFL charity.

ADFL will provide the officials – on a voluntary basis – and there is a trophy in place.  There will be 5 roll-on roll-off subs and Aylesbury FC will market the event, with fun events happening beforehand.  ADFL offered a contribution towards the cost of refreshments for the players and officials.

We will need someone to pick our rep. squad and Andrew, Marc and Nik were nominated.
